Right across the street from the beach & beach access! Features a heated pool, grill area, private balcony, & spacious interior; plus 2 beach bikes available for use! Comfortably sleeps up to 7 -8 people. Floats, pool chair cushions, beach chairs, umbrella & wagon provided. Located half way between main Daytona & Ponce Inlet, there's plenty to do or relax/play in the pool area where high winds are lessened . Children are welcomed!
Everything you expect is awaiting you for your next vacation!
The space
Private 5 story condominium ( unit 208) with an assigned parking space, covered lit entrance, elevator & stairs. Features a spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen, & private balcony over looking the pool. Also has Queen fold out couch plus fold out loveseat & blow up mattress available. TVs in living room & bedrooms.

Access to private heated pool and outdoor dining & grill area.
Other things to note
You will receive 2 key fobs fobs for entering & exiting the secure building. You need to have these in order to enter from pool area too. Must be left on the table upon checkout.

Great location! The apartment was a little dusty and needs some updated furniture but great location to the beach! and plenty of clean towels.

Hi there! Thanks for looking at my Condo- SeaSide Sanctuary! I've had the condo since 2020 and after vacationing here for a couple of years, I decided to move to Daytona. It is such a fun place and I love the weaves on the Atlantic side of Florida! I am originally from Louisville KY.

Why they chose this property

It"s a very cozy and "beachy" place to stay that is very convenient and in a Great location! Its half way between Ponce Inlet ( 4 miles) and the Main Street in Daytona. There are great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. There's a homemade ice cream shop with a huge arcade right next door and a mini golf course a short drive down S Atlantic. Also, I supply everything you need for a beach vacation from cushions for the pool chairs, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and floats! This is perfect for family or friends!

What makes this property unique

Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, Floats, towels, and coolers all provided! I even have 3 beach bikes available! You will love relaxing out on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Plus, the pool is heated to just the right temperature!
The pool has an outdoor dining area with grill. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook.
So many things to do that are either a short walk or drive!
