DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2B/2B ON THE NO DRIVE BEACH GATED GARAGE


With beautiful serene coastal décor, this spacious 1350 sq ft 2bd/2ba direct oceanfront unit is on the 10th floor at Shores Club in Daytona Beach Shores. We are on a no drive beach which means you have no cars to spoil your peaceful relaxation. Free parking in open ground floor lot and one assigned gated garage space on the underground level.

Enjoy a full 180 degree view of the beach from the balcony and expansive views of the Intracoastal River with amazing sunsets through the large window wall in front of the unit. The master bedroom has a king pillowtop bed, en suite bath, vaniity and large walk-in closet. Large windows and slider doors to the balcony bring the stunning views to your serene bedroom sanctuary. The second bedroom has 2 new pillowtop queen beds and walk in closet. Living room includes a 60 inch flat screen smart roku tv with high speed fiber optic cable and wireless internet service.

Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is here... Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, boogie board, sand castle building tools and lots more, all located in our private laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Our unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, spices and a large crock pot so dinner can be cooking while you relax on the beach.

Sorry, but no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed in our unit.

The building has been completely remodeled. Amenities include free WiFi, heated pool, exercise room, sauna, library, club room, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court and poolside grills. Free parking in ground level lot and one assigned underground parking space.


. If a hurricane is forecast to occur in our area at the time of your reservation, we will give you the option to cancel and refund your money or try to reschedule your vacation if possible.

Rent direct from owners on VRBO. We live less than 20 minutes away and are dedicated to providing you a fabulous stress free vacation with true southern hospitality. We make it easy to afford your vacation by offering you the option of paying in two installments when booked at least 45 days or more in advance..

Due to the Corono virus, we are offering a free cancellation and full refund policy for reservations from renters who are sick prior to their arrival date. A Dr's note, positive Covid test result or hospital admission record will be required to confirm.

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean with a nice balcony. We were very comfortable here, (family of 4). It was cool enough to leave the balcony open to hear the ocean. So amazing. The location of the condo was perfect. Lots of activities to do. The condo had everything we needed.

Direct beach view. The description of property is spot on. The owner done an excellent job equipping the unit with any needs you might have. They didn’t use cheap accessories such as toilet paper and paper towels. Everything supplied was as I would expect for myself. I couldn’t figure out the tv so I called the number suppled, I was instantly talking to the owner who solved the problem quickly. Plus I got a follow up text to make sure we were satisfied. Well done, we will be back. Thank yall for letting us stay.

The condo is beautiful! Has everything you need for your stay. Pool is very nice with plenty of chairs and of course just steps away from the beach. I even liked being on the 10th floor. The view was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on going back next year. Only issue was the 2nd bedroom was too dark. Only 2 lamps with low wattage bulbs.

Having lived in Florida all our lives, we love spending time at the beach. This location appealed to us because you can't beat the view and it is on the no drive beach which is so peaceful. We have tried to create a serene coastal feel that is comfortable and relaxing and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Our guests enjoy the extra care we put into providing all the little things that make a big difference in your vacation enjoyment. Read the reviews and you will see how pleased guests are to have a very well equipped kitchen including spices to help you cook as you would at home. We also provide lots of beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand castle molds, cornhole set, frisbees and much more. Lots of pool noodles too. Many condo units do not provide these things and guests have to spend more money and time buying their own. We have tried to make available to our guests everything needed for a fabulous vacation
