DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2B/2B ON THE NO DRIVE BEACH

Except for Saturdays and Sundays, there is construction on the beach facing windows to begin Jan. 23. All of the windows will be replaced in each unit. This will cause noise throughout the building . The time for replacing the windows in this unit should be one to two days but there is no set schedule for when that will take place. All facilities and beach access will be available throughout the construction period. Because of the noise factor, I am offering a deep discount for rental of this unit. Again there is no construction on Saturdays and Sundays.

Beautiful serene coastal décor, this spacious 1350 sq ft 2bd/2ba direct oceanfront unit is on the 10th floor at Shores Club in Daytona Beach Shores. We are on a no drive beach which means you have no cars to spoil your peaceful relaxation.

Currently repairs are underway on a portion of the pool deck. This does not affect the access to the beach and the pool is open with the majority of the deck open.

Enjoy a full 180 degree view of the beach from the balcony and expansive views of the Intracoastal River with amazing sunsets through the large window wall in front of the unit. The master bedroom has a king pillowtop bed, en suite bath, vaniity and large walk-in closet. Large windows and slider doors to the balcony bring the stunning views to your serene bedroom sanctuary. The second bedroom has 2 new pillowtop queen beds and walk in closet. Living room includes a 60 inch flat screen smart roku tv with high speed fiber optic cable and wireless internet service.

Everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach is here... Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, boogie board, sand castle building tools and lots more, all located in our private laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Our unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, spices and a large crock pot so dinner can be cooking while you relax on the beach.

Sorry, but no pets and no smoking allowed in our unit. Smoking allowed on the balcony only.

The building has been completely remodeled. Amenities include free WiFi, heated pool, exercise room, sauna, library, club room, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court and poolside grills. Free parking in ground level lot or the assigned underground parking space.

VRBO has added a list of items and charges that may apply to some properties. To be clear, none of those apply to this condo unit. No extra charges when you arrive, parking is free, check in is a simple door code.... very easy so don't hesitate to book.
