SLEEPS 12 Enjoy the dreamy, magical, private, secure, fully walled-in beachfront estate in the heart of Los Barriles where you can walk to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and step onto the white sandy beach for a stroll, sea kayaking, kiteboarding, SUP, fishing or swimming. We are super hosts on Airbb and previous Superhosts on VRBO before our listing got hacked (that is why there are currently only a few reviews here) Estate includes 6 bedrooms/6 baths. 3 bedrooms/3 baths in large main Villa, Two NEW separate Casitas/ guest houses, (one 2 bdrm/2 bath w/ kitchenette, one one bdrm/one bath w/ laundry room. The lower Courtyard with lush plants and fountain, pool and spa adjacent to home, large spacious beachfront patio that included fireplace, palapa table, outdoor kitchen and bar.... this is one of the few Beautiful, traditional, fully updated Mexican style beachfront estates located right IN TOWN in the center of Los Barriles. As you enter the gates, you will be greeted by a Lush, incredible courtyard w/fountain. Follow the cascading tile rounded staircase leading up to a relaxing pool and hot tub that has two waterfalls into the beautiful swimming pool. Poolside lounge chairs, tables and chairs for eating, playing games, reading and relaxing. The beach side of the estate contains a patio that spans the entire property with another staircase leading you to the white sandy beach. Enjoy incredible views of the Sea of Cortez as far as the eye can see, a fire table, outdoor BBQ/bar area, lots of seating options and lounge chairs including a traditional round palapa table. Inside you will enjoy amazing furnishings with oversized couches, beautiful bedrooms, flatscreen TV, new kitchen fully equipped for all
your cooking needs. This property was updated in 2026 with all with new glass sliding doors , electrical and new Casitas. Wake up to views of Sea of Cortez, or step out and enjoy the sunrise over the sea on the beach front patio. This location is the best in Los Barriles if you want to be located in town and walk to everything! This property has it all! Updated and gorgeous, great for large groups with many separate outdoor areas and sleeping rooms. We can arrange for private cooks, ATV’s, fishing excursions, transportation from airport, stocking of home with groceries so you can enjoy your dream vacation!

Fantastic location. Having the beach on one side and the pool on the other side of the house is a great setup to be able to find shade. It is a great house for a large family or to hold two families with a nice big open kitchen, living, and dining area. Walkable to shops and restaurants. We could go back for sure.

We have completely remodeled the Casita into two bedrooms, two bath and added another brand new Casita. I’ve replaced all the windows and sliders in the home and updated the kitchen and other areas. Casa Fortuna was a great house for a family vacation of 9 people (from 86 yrs old to 11 yrs old). Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There's plenty of gathering space to dine and play games in addition to finding solitude. We took advantage of swimming in the pool along with the ocean. The action on the beach with kite and wind surfers was fun to watch. There truly was something for everyone. The main street was a half block from the house and offered grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. We rented ATV's and hired the private chef the owner recommended for a few meals. All in all, a great place for Christmas holiday!

What can I say…this property is beautiful, great location and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. Love the pool in the courtyard for privacy, but also love the beach side patio and rocking chairs. Everyone in our group loved it!

We love to travel, but love the familiarity of having our own place. Over the years, we purchased homes in our favorite vacation spots and after leaving them vacant over many years when we couldn’t be at all of them at once, we are thrilled to now share them with others. Our homes were not purchased as vacation rentals. They are our 2nd and 3rd homes and will feel that way. They are fully furnished and decorated, not stark like many vacation rentals. They are all high end. We hope our guests can enjoy them and will treat them like they would their own feeling the uniqueness each has to offer with the special comforts provided to enjoy. Most of our guests return year after year. From a cozy mountain ski townhouse within walking distance to all the restaurants bars and grocery store in government camp and the shuttle to the slopes for snow skiing at Mt Hood in Oregon, to a iconic floating home in Downtown Portland on the Willamette River, to a beautiful desert retreat in Palm Springs, CA and a magical and amazing destination that holds the most special place in our hearts, a beachfront Estate that includes a large Villa w/additional guest casitas on the sea of Cortez in Baja Mexico, We look forward to sharing our special places with you! Cheers to working hard and playing even harder!
