The unit is located in a house on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. Featuring a beach access, a private waterfront deck, lounge chairs, reclaimed wood & ship beams and a bay window with mesmerizing views of the bay. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed.There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour in this apartment while sipping a drink!

The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy!

The queen sofa bed can be made upon request.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off the AC. In the off season, if you have raised the thermostat, please turn it back to 62°F.
Close all windows and the outside umbrella.
Lock the deck door & front door, and put the key back in the lockbox. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. This is not a party house. We have other renters in the house.
Pets must be housebroken, not bark a lot, and be safe around furniture. Don't leave any poop bags outside. Pet fee for short term stays: $150/week.
Please open the windows and turn on the fan if you plan on cooking with smoke. We have wired smoke alarms throughout the house.
