Plan to hike, climb, whitewater raft, hunt, golf, eat, drink or just enjoy the extraordinary blue skies and sunshine. We love to help you enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen including outdoor grill. Large side yard.
Note: this home is a duplex. The basement level has owners on premises some of the time or traveling nurse. Completely separate entrance, no shared space. There are no shared spaces inside the house.

Host was very accommodating and the house was very clean. Arcade was a fun surprise with all the old school games! It was close to where we needed to be just a little disappointed in overall appearance of outside and neighborhood. But overall great experience.

Mountain side haven

Very nicely furnished and updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The deck was a good place to hang out in the morning with a cup of espresso supplied by the host. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the necessities available. Enjoyed the stay here very much. It was very conveniently located to popular attractions in Colorado Springs and nearby Manitou Springs was awesome!

Great place

Loved this listing! Cute and quiet neighborhood. We loved that there was labels on switches around the house. The back porch was so cute, we saw some deer in the mornings when we had coffee outside. The water pressure wasn’t strong, but that wasn’t an issue. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, our stay was great! The location was very convenient and close to a lot of restaurants, shops etc. The house had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the pack n play that was provided so we didn’t have to pack one for our toddler. My only complaint was that there are renters that live in the bottom of the home so if that is something that bothers you, beware of that. I did not see that info when I booked but after I went back and read more thoroughly it is there. We didn’t realize that the driveway directly in front of the garage is where they park so the tenant came and knocked on the door asking us to move our car. She wasn’t super friendly about it at first, but in her defense I’m sure it gets old pulling up and there is a vehicle parked in your spot. I would just suggest the hosts put that info in the listing also.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while visiting my son in Colorado. The house was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy our time in the area. The host was great to work with and made the entire process smooth. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado!
