Private second-story 950 Sqft studio – Sleeps 4. 2 Queen Beds (1 pullout)/1 Bath with a large open common space (sofa and easy chair). Computer desk, kitchen table/chairs. Walk-in closet. Single floor AC/heating unit for your own comfort level.
We provide: Towels, linens, toiletries, , Laptop Friendly Workspace(Is network connected), cooking basics (Microwave, Toaster, Keurig Coffee, Fridge Dishes and Silverware)

The studio is above the garage, which has a private external door to the front entrance. Shares no walls with the house. Owner lives on the property and can make arrangements for access at any time. Sizeable concrete drive for parking.
