It locates at a quiet and safe neighborhood with big underground parking lot. this apartment was newly built and we set up everything all by ourselves the way we like to stay. In this apartment we have one TV in the living room, This is a best place for family or couple friends gathering! as the host, we are 100% welcoming you guys, we look forward to making some new friends with this as well. All you could use in your own house could be found here and what you need extra we would try our best to provide! Come and try out this place we can’t wait to hear from you !

Positive Experience at Rental Property - Highly Recommend!

During my three-night stay at this rental property, I found the neighborhood to be exceptionally quiet. The garage was clean, and the parking space was spacious. The neighbors were friendly and accommodating. The pictures provided on VRBO accurately represent the property. The apartment itself is roomy and well-maintained, instilling a sense of safety. Both the bathroom and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The bedsheets were immaculate and had a pleasant scent. The property's location was excellent, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Great location for the Rosebowl and touring the area

This is a very nice quiet location with a very comfortable place to stay. Garage for your vehicle, quiet street, two blocks off Colorado Street, close to restaurants and stores. Comfortable beds and clean. Would stay here again.

Nice quiet place in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our visit to Pasadena. This rental was more than adequate in space for 4 adults. Very quiet and well-maintained apartment complex in a beautiful neighborhood. We visited the Huntington Gardens and museums, conveniently located nearby.
