Thank you - yes there are so many opportunities here to be in nature and connect with the beautiful scenery of the LowCountry. I love the sunsets over the marsh views.
Great location, easy to access… three bedrooms, three beds, two bathrooms… four towels for a weeks stay. Host kept in contact up to point we told them the beach access was expired and had to pay our own way in to beach when it was suppose to come with house. Outside that house was cute well decorated house and stocked with everything your need for cooking. Thank you.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful town.
As is the case for must short term rentals we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest,(and other towels in the closets.. up to 6 guests/towels in this house) when staying more than a few days it is assumed you will use the laundry facilities on site. The price and service in short term rentals cannot compete with the service in Hotels where the linens are replaced every day.
As noted in your review communication was good … except with the beach pass . Please excuse me if I missed your request but I believe that was not reported untill your review at the end.
I’m pleased to say this might be one of our favorite VRBO stays that we’ve ever had, and that saying a lot! What a beautiful property… so well situated, and so near to everything. One of the most well stocked kitchens, too! We can’t believe the opportunity to be able to sit on the marsh morning and evening. If we’re in this area, we would definitely choose this house again.

Thank you Kerry for your glowing review. I am so happy you enjoyed your stay with us.
I look forward to hosting you again soon.
We are foodies and the kitchen was wonderful. We had people over for shrimp from Sea Eagle market. The only suggestion I would have for the kitchen is a shrimp de-veiner as we forgot ours. The bike trail is a short distance and the morning views of the marsh were wonderful.
The cottage was perfect! It provided plenty of room and was stocked with all the essentials. Loved the kitchen! Location was very convenient to downtown for shopping and dining options. We used the provided pass to visit Hunting Island State park. It was our favorite day!! Our last evening was chilly so we took advantage of the backyard fire pit. Truly enjoyed our stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. The salt marsh behind the house attracts egrets and adds to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The interior is very clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Julie, our host was quick to respond to questions and very pleasant. We really enjoyed the Beaufort area. We would happily return to Beaufort and to this home.
House was very cute and in a perfect location. I didn’t like that there is only one door in and out of the house. Also could use some more comfortable living room furniture. It did have everything we needed for a short stay. We did meet the owner because we arrived a little early. She was doing yard work and was very nice and willing to help in anyway she could.
We were on a photography workshop and was there mostly at nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I want to mention is the dryer vent was full to the max when I went to use it and had to clean it out.
Everything was wonderful had to leave a day early because of weather so out that 200.00

I am so sorry the weather was not so nice the last day of your trip. We try to provide the best experience possible. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, but we do have alternative activities for you indoor recreation.
We loved the home. It was on the waters edge. Plenty of room for us. Allowed our dog to be with us. We really love the area. It had the true southern charm!

Great to hear that things went well for you in finding and checking in. Yes - the fire pit is a great asset at this time of year … it makes for a special way to wind down at end of day!
The host was very welcoming and made it clear we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. Our stay was originally Tuesday to Friday, but extending it by two extra days was no problem at all, which we truly appreciated. Our son was graduating from Parris Island, so the location was perfect. They even provided a Hunting Island Beach park pass, which saved us from paying entrance fees. The backyard was my favorite part of the stay, and all amenities were in great working condition. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I am so happy you had a peaceful stay in our cottage. The ‘west end’ offers such convenience to the shopping in Beaufort but at the same time is a little bit off the beaten track on a cul de sac road
