Entire stay was excellent. Beautiful home that fit our 3 generation family very well. Hot tuna and pool were well kept and wonderful after long days of exploring the area. Close enough to attractions and grocery for convenience, while still being peaceful and not crowded feeling. Its quite a drive up the hill, we were happy to have a bronco for daily driving up and down the turns! The truck stayed parked all week.

It was a great vacation. Although, I felt like the cabin wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were webs all over the front porch. The oven was dirty. I had to sweep and mop. The balconies were dirty. The hot tub had a dirty smell to it. Also, a bear tried to get into our cars and into the cabin one of the nights we were there. It was a scary experience. Would I book this cabin again, yes I would. With all of that, my family still enjoyed this vacation.

Regarding the bear encounter—this is part of being in the Smokies, especially with the views our cabins offer. We do communicate to all guests the importance of keeping doors locked at all times and not leaving any food (even small items like gum) in vehicles, as that can attract wildlife. This place was larger than we expected with more than enough room for all nine of us. Huge bedrooms, TVs in every room, great decor. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and pool table. The views of the mountains were amazing! It’s just short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful trip. A beautiful cabin loved having the Christmas tree there for the children. They enjoyed all the games, pool table swimming pool the spa the fire pit. Everything was just wonderful host was great and very attentive. Great memories were made this trip with My, family and grandchildren.

The home is absolutely stunning! It is well stocked. It has a lot of fun family games such as corn hole. Pool. Arcade games. It is spacious and the views are amazing. The only issue we had, which was out of the owners control, is the heater on the indoor pool was not working. The owner is getting it fixed asap. We actually have already discussed renting this same home next year.

This property is even better than advertised. The photos can’t do justice to the amazing views especially as the sun hits the mountains at different times of the day. So peaceful and relaxing! The property manager was the best to work with of any other we’ve communicated with across all our VRBO stays. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

The place was nice and clean and nice location with a good view. We felt that the place had minimal supplies through out the house considering the size of the place. There were only 5 of us that stayed here and we had to buy, paper towels, toilet paper, salt n pepper and a few other essentials to get us through our 3 1/2 day stay. The freezer ice maker hardly makes ice and they no longer have a counter top ice maker so we had to buy bags of ice to get us through the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the cabin, its cleanliness, and the view. As noted in the contract, we provide an initial supply of essentials. For Tanrac, that includes 8 rolls of toilet paper (2 per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 3 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, and a shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap set for each of the three bathrooms with showers. We also provide 12 pillowcases, and since you requested additional ones, it seems your group may simply use more consumables than the average guest. We checked the ice maker after your stay—it's working properly and produces about 2 lbs of ice per day, which is standard for a refrigerator. This is enough for drinks but not enough to fill a cooler, so guests needing more typically purchase bagged ice. Thank you again for staying with us.
