The best Oceanside pool in Myrtle. Game rooms and fitness room included.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The VIEW has isolated split bedroom suites; one of the large bedrooms suite has a private bath, walk-in closet, balcony access and a King sized bed. The large guest bedroom suite has a private bath, balcony access, and 2 Queen sized beds.
LIVING AREA
The living room is situated with a sofa, two sitting chairs and an ottoman, large flat screen TV with cable access on our beautiful entertainment stand. Our large central living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or enjoying the oceanfront views, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors.
Other in-suite amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, large central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, and WIFI.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare your meals in a modern and completely appointed full-sized kitchen with all new appliances - range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. This kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pot/pans, utensils which is provided for your convenience and use.
Maybe you would like to dine out for some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a nice glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful view of the sunrise on our covered private oceanfront balconies over looking the gorgeous ocean. Complete with seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control the dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PARKING:
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two vehicles per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & must be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are prohibited by the HOA.
The Neighborhood:
The Maison Sur Mer is situated in the very popular Shore Drive section in Myrtle Beach. Most buildings run along the marsh area so you have the opportunity to watch the wildlife in the area. A short walk will bring you to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**
********THIS PROPERTY HAS A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200. THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT IN FULL:
-NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana in the condo, this includes balconies and pool decks. There is a designated smoking area on the ground level to the southside of the building.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to remove you from the property immediately upon notification.
YOU MUST BE 24 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
ABSOLUTELY No PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds.
Absolutely no early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. If early check-in IS available, I will notify you as soon as the unit is ready.
ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 if lost or missing.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules.
Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service.
