Gulfgate 103 is a Ground Floor - BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom- 2 bath condo at Gulfgate Condominiums that sleeps 6 people. The condo was recently RENOVATED in 2023! It is one of the nicest condos at Gulfgate, with all new furnishings and coastal décor! Enjoy staying right on the beach just steps from the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf front patio is the perfect spot to walk out to the beach and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Gulfgate103 features a King size bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. For extra guests, there is a NEW queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy watching SEC Football on the NEW! 65" Smart TV! The two bathrooms are completely updated with tub shower combos. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals! Also, there is a stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.

Gulfgate Condominium is located on the East end (quieter - less congested area) of Panama City Beach. Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants (Captain Jack's All you can eat crab legs restaurant is 1 block away), Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, shopping, arcades, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate enjoy FREE WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a nice grilling area!

Gulfgate has experienced Anchor Management staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation!

Great location

Management staff were helpful and responsive. They were accomadating for our ESA yorkie and i really appreciate them. Condo was spacious and roomy. King bed was comfortable. Location was peaceful and view was awesome. My only complaint/suggestion was the white couch needs a deep cleaning. Rugs and floors could be cleaned better. But all in all, it was a great few days.

Nice getaway

The location on the ocean front was wonderful and the house was really nice - needs a little tlc but other than that it was great - the washer dryer combo is not level so when you do laundry it puts all clothes to the left and you have to fix them to finish and the toilet in the master bedroom runs if you don’t jiggle the handle. Higher toilets would be nice!!

Great Unit for the Price

My family and I recently visited Panama City. The condo unit was nice. Beach front bottom floor. Easy access to the beach. Being able to bring our larger dog was a huge plus for us, because it was last minute. We did have a hiccup with hot water heater. Cold showers! Manager on site tried to get it fix d and was apologetic.

The entire condo looked brand new! So much attention to detail. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of blanket and pillow options available. Both showers had great water pressure. We could have used more bath towels, we were only give 6, which had us doing a lot of laundry during the week. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything but a cookie sheet we needed, this wasn't a big deal, but think this should be added. Also, needed more kitchen towels and dish cloths. We only had one towel and one dish cloth.The TV was amazing and although we were at the beach, we loved the smart TV options for nighttime. Both the bedroom TV and main room TV were great!The patio was perfect and the furniture was so nice We loved being on the first floor. The Gulf Gate swimming pool was underwhelming. It has a lot of shade which made it so cold, even on the 90+ degree June days. It does have a heater, but wasn't on during our stay. I would have thought it would have been warmer. All things consider we will definitely be back to the Gulf Gate and this condo!
