Swimming Pool, Basic Gym, Hot Tub, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts, Billiard table, Club House, BBQ areas, beautiful large lake and more. Secured guarded gate. Only 12 minutes to Siesta Key Beach, 15 minutes to Downtown and 1 minute to I-75, exit 205! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Florida room/Den. Living room has sofa with pull out bed. 2 TVs in house, Cable TV and Internet Wi-Fi available. Has private Washer and Dryer.

Must be 55+ to rent with second person being 45+. Friendly neighbors. Available now!

Minimum one month stay. (Owner lives 5 minutes away for any help)
