This house is in a very quiet neighborhood on a private street, there is direct access to the private are of Minot Beach. With 2 huge covered/uncovered wrap-around porches that have patio furniture to dine out lounge outside, you'll expansive views of the tide changes of the marsh from the back of the house and the ocean from the front. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach!



With 2 floors of living space, the main floor is the common area with a kitchen complete with dishwasher and all the utensils and cookware you would need. There is a full dining table with a stunning view of the marsh behind the house comfortable living room seating, one of which pulls out to a twin-sized sofa bed, along with a SmartTV. The main floor also has a washer and dryer accessible through the full bathroom that has a standing shower stall.



The 2nd floor has another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, this is right outside the 3 bedrooms - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, making the sleeping capacity of this house 5 upstairs in private bedrooms, with room for an additional person to sleep on the sofa bed on the main floor.
