The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed pullout. The primary bathroom features a double vanity sink and plenty of storage. Head on up to the top floor for those amazing views both front and back! Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the amazing views of the sunset on the marsh. Another deck with ample seating facing the Atlantic. An additional half bath, living/sleeping area and kitchenette round out the home. There are TVs in each bedroom/living room and strong wi-fi.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels and every amenity you need; just bring your bathing suit and come enjoy! We love the convenience of this home and the quiet, dead-end street is so safe for children.

We have been renting in Wells for several years and are thrilled to now own a home and share with others!
