The house was stunning! The views were incredible, very well stocked kitchen and grill area. The AC worked great in a very hot month! We loved having access to all the kayaks and the house being right on the water just made it the best vacation ever!!!!

-We were very impressed with the communication with the host and the property manager. Questions were answered almost immediately and we appreciated all the instructions and information they provided about the island and the departure process at the airport.-The home, like so many places on the island, is way beyond the first impression from the outside. It is extremely well decorated and appointed with all the best appliances and furnishings. And the views from the all-glass back are stunning. We were traveling with another couple and found the living space to be very comfortable and quiet.-We had a great time and are anxious to return!

The support from the host was excellent. Jack is very responsive inquiries and proactive in providing recommendations. The house is great, the view beautiful and peaceful. The beach is good for kayaking but for playing in the water, you are better off going to an Atlantic facing beach. Three of the best beaches on either island are less than 15 minutes away.

Communication was the easiest with Jack, quick replies and so much helpful information about island, excursions etc. This was our second home we stayed at with Jack and as always the experience is always the best! Place was clean, offered everything that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bahamas Island House. It was everything we were hoping for. The house is amazing and extremely well equipped. The ability to utilize the kayaks from the house and visit some incredible areas is perfect. There was a storm during our visit that took out power and cell service for the entire island. The house has a generator that kicked in within seconds allowing us to continue playing games with our kids and keep us comfortable through the night. It also has starlink. Jack anticipated needs before we even realized there was a need for it. He was extremely responsive and provided so much information ahead of time about the island. He gave great recommendations for excursions and for fresh lobster. We used Theo for our excursion and had an amazing time thanks to Jack’s recommendation. We will back to either this house or another one of his properties because of how well his guests are taken care of. Thank you for helping make our vacation truly magical.

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the privacy, it was quiet. House was beautiful. Lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed having the pool to dip in while we enjoyed the deck and view. We took the kayaks out. Went to the Lazy River, it was work but enjoyed the journey.

We rent properties a couple of times per year in the Exumas for about 8 years now and we haven't had a terrible experience yet. If we grade them all we would have to say the it was unanimous that this property is the cream of the crop. We rent small boats each time so we need a dock otherwise you'll have to return the boat and pick it up every day and that's not condusive to a fun and easy vacay. We purposely rent small skiffs so we can get to some treasure beaches that not many people have access to and they are BUCKET LIST beaches. This property is the closest to all our secret spots. Outstanding views, a beach in the back yard and a pool as well. The property has just about every large or small amenity you can think of. We lacked nothing. Angelique was a doll. I'm not a fan of giving nothing but 5 stars to a place because there's always a little hiccup here and there but not here. Bring your bikini and swim shorts. Nothing else is needed. Thanks to the staff/team for a spectacular vacation with my wife and kids. Very grateful!!!!!

Staying at the Bahamas Island House was a dream! Leading up to our travels and throughout our stay, Jack and his team were super helpful and communicative. They provided recommendations for activities as well as tips & tricks to make our travel smooth. The house was perfect for the 3 of us but I could see how a large group would also be very comfortable there. The kitchen was stocked with every supply imaginable and made it super easy for us to cook every day. The setting is private and serene. Floating in the pool for hours was divine! Little Exuma has the best beaches! (Tropic of Cancer, Pretty Molly Bay) I was surprised how empty they are but also felt lucky that they were just a quick drive from the house. It made getting up to watch the sunrise at Forbes Hill beach very easy! Thank you Jack!!

We had a great stay, house is very well equipped with everything you might need…all the way from the kitchen to the pool area, everything you might need, they have it.Many kayaks available on the house, even though is a challenge, highly recommend kayaking to the lazy river, is just beautiful.We rented a boat from Minns, don’t miss on this, is awesome out there

Thanksgiving beach vacation

The house was perfect, tons of space for our family vacation(4 adults & 5 kids). Property manager and owner were very welcoming and responsive. Views from the back deck were amazing. Everyone loved kayaking off the beach at the house.

Great First Time Exuma Stay

Loved staying at Bahama Island House! Had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Loved having the kayaks and pool floats, as well as a very fully stocked kitchen. One of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have interacted with which helped us prepare for our trip and make the most of it. Definitely need a car since it's a bit of a drive to get to any stores or restaurants.

Our stay at the Bahama Island house was outstanding. It was a perfect set up and location for several families and young children. Jack was an exceptional host with great communication and recommendations on where to shop, what to do on the island and provided all the local contacts which was very helpful! The house and pool were fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! The use of the pool and kayaks to the lazy river was awesome. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and vacation to the Exumas! We would highly recommend and stay here again!

The house is so spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed, including spices. Jack is a very attentive host. He provided suggestions/options of things to do. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check out!
