Small residential enclave offers year-round paved access and a peaceful retreat for your next mountain getaway. Please note that there is some intermittent new home construction in the neighborhood, which may result in additional work vehicles or constuction noise during regular working hours. Host is not aware of any particular construction timeframes. There may not be any activity occuring during your stay, but we wish to be transparent with guests in advance as we cannot provide refunds for offsite noise outside of our control.
