Why Steve Greer chose Todd
Our grandparents and dad were born nearby and the family church grounds were on this property. After the church moved, our grandparents purchased the land. Our dad's dream was to build a cabin on this property which became a reality a few years ago. We enjoy sharing this special place and hope you find renewed energy and love for life as you enjoy God's blessings here.

Very enjoyable. Love the peace and quiet while watching the river flow by from the front porch. Cabin was Lovely.
We had a wonderful time! We completely unplugged and read books, played cards, explored the New River, and climbed Elk Knob. Can't wait to go back!
Great location! Awesome house! This was our 2nd visit and it won’t be our last!
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation! We brought my parents up to enjoy the beautiful mountain experience and they had just as much fun as we did! We ate every meal at the cabin, floated down the river, played games and spent quality time together! We can’t wait to come back next summer! Thanks so much for sharing your cabin with us!
So glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to having you back with us next summer!
Beautiful property and cabin!
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cabin!! The river is right across the street, with stairs leading down the bank to the water. We took the inflatable tubes up the river and floated down, our boys absolutely loved it. The cabin is beautiful inside and out, with all of the necessities for a long weekend or week-long stay. The property manager, Bob, is super friendly, and responded quickly to any questions we had. There is a playground about 5 miles up the road, and we had breakfast one morning at the Todd Mercantile - Helen is super friendly and the cinnamon rolls delicious!! Altogether the location and the beautiful cabin made this a wonderful weekend for my family. We will definitely be back!!
