Your peaceful vacation awaits at our spacious Serene Lakes mountain dacha ("cabin" in Russian). An open layout & huge loft provide plenty of cozy spaces to gather & spread out with multiple families. Relax in the large sauna or new outdoor hot tub, by the wood-burning fireplace, or in the hammock in the forested backyard. Access a private HOA beach & Royal Gorge trails (hiking, mtn biking, xc skiing) without getting in your car, or drive 10 min to Sugar Bowl & other world-class alpine skiing.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all baseboard heaters & electric mattress pads.
Put trash & recycling in the bear box. Trash must be bagged and placed in bin in the bear box. Recycling must be in blue bags (anywhere in bear box). If not enough space, please contact us!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
