Lae Nani is a premier resort located on the east side of Kauai. This location means that you have easy access to both the North Shore (Napali Coast) and South Shore (Poipu, Waimea Canyon and beyond). Close to the resort, there are several grocery stores and shops to provide for your needs and there are several fantastic restaurants within walking distance.
Our top (3rd) floor, two-bedroom fully renovated condo has all you need to enjoy your time here. When our family purchased the condo, before it was constructed, the builder advised purchase of our unit as the best one of the entire complex. It's unique location will give you private views of the ocean from not only one lanai off the main living area but also a lanai off the master bedroom. Because it is on the top floor, there is no noise from neighbors above. The building is situated in such as way that you will wake to the beautiful morning sun as it lights the Lae Nani gardens and ocean out front. In the afternoon, when the sun heats up, the angle of the building allows for enjoyment of the trade wind breezes as they flow through the screen doors and are stirred by the ceiling fans inside the unit.
Because we are beach front (not just ocean view) you have an unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean and the sand is only about 75 feet from the condo. There is a small keiki (children's) pool out front that is protected and perfect for small children who are ready to explore what the ocean has to offer. There is also a heated pool for Lae Nani guests. Most days you will look out to see surfers catching a great wave and endangered monk seals occasionally rest on the beach in front.
We listen to the feedback of our guests and are continually working to improve our condo. Our condo is family-friendly, with a portable crib, stroller, booster seat, games and books for children to enjoy. Free secured wireless internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, blue ray player and a phone for you to use for local calls and free long distance to the US and Canada. Our kitchen is stocked with a few extras you may not find in other condos. We provide good knives and high quality utensils. Our beds and linens are comfortable and we stock your bathroom with locally-made beautiful soap. We have wood and tile flooring throughout and beautiful artwork for you to enjoy.
As you relax listening to the sound of the surf, you can plan your day, knowing you are never far from adventure.

About the owner: The unit is owned by Ric and Barb Berry and it was originally purchased by Ric's dad, Lang. Our office manager, Penny, does a fantastic job of managing the reservations and will always pass things along to us that need our personal attention. Ric is currently on the Board of Directors for Lae Nani and working on the preservation of some land we own on the north shore. Our kids have grown up loving Hawaii and our wish is that they will keep unit 535 in the family for generations to come.

This unit has been in the family since the original construction. Ric's father inspected the property prior to building and was advised by the developer to purchase our specific unit.
