This beautiful home is decorated in the soothing colors of the sea which will lull you into an instant state of relaxation as soon as you enter. That, after all, is what vacation is all about!

-Living Spaces
Our beach house has been recently updated with vaulted ceilings with white beadboard to give an open, airy feel. There’s plenty of light streaming in from the sliding glass doors out to the pool deck.

-Cooking & Dining
With stainless steel appliances and plenty of space, you’ll be whipping up the family’s favorites in no time. The coffee lovers are going to love the coffee and tea station, complete with a Keurig, complimentary tea bags, and even flavored syrups!

The adjacent dining table for eight is the perfect and convenient spot to enjoy a big dinner.
Covered dining table on patio is also available.

-Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms
This home has a great setup with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on one floor in the main house and another second-story studio suite accessed from the patio. The suite is not attached to the house.
Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed with dual nightstands and lamps, TV, plenty of storage space, and a ceiling fan. The master bath offers a large walk-in shower.
The first guest room offers a comfortable queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. The second guest room is perfect for the kids with a twin bunk, and twin trundle, to sleep a total of 4 kiddos. Other features include a TV and ceiling fan.

The guest rooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower.
A full size washer and dryer is in the dedicated laundry room.

-Private Suite
Make your way up a flight of stairs accessed by the private courtyard and you’ll find your own private deck, complete with a seating group for four and a grill.
Enter your own personal self-contained studio suite, with a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps. Plenty of windows keeps it bright. The living area offers a full-size comfy sofa, a bench, and big TV. You’ll even have your own kitchenette, complete with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig. Enjoy your breakfast, simple meals, or snacks at the dining table for 4.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with dual showerheads and stacking washer/dryer.

-Outdoor Amenities
The backyard is truly a private oasis, with a large pool with Trex decking all around. A large sofa on the deck is a great spot to work on your tan. If you prefer to stay out of the sun, the second covered lounge area will be calling your name. Curl up here for your front-row seat to all the family fun!
