Cottage 1--Piping Rock Resort

Relax in the comfort and convenience of a brand new kitchen and bathroom. A brand new spacious screened-in porch will provide hours of carefree outdoor living. A beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away and leads you to the crystal clear spring fed waters of majestic Lake Winnipesaukee. Piping Rock waterfront amenities include free use of our kayaks and canoes or spend some time on our new swim raft. We also offer a playground for the little ones and volleyball badminton and basketball for the older kids and adults. For an additional nominal dock fee, enjoy hours of recreation in your own boat or we can help with a rental of a boat.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
