This beautiful three story, 2 BR/Loft, 2 Bathroom condo is well-appointed and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. We enjoy cooking and have equipped a kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare the best of gourmet and/or holiday meals. Besides the microwave, double oven-range and dishwasher, we have included all the most commonly used small appliances, such as a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, toaster-oven, blender, kitchen aid mixer, crock- pot, griddle, citrus juicer. The main living area is cozy and conducive to socializing and entertaining. We provide plenty of firewood for use in the wood-burning fireplace. A gas bar-be-que grill is available on the balcony for those who enjoy outdoor cooking!

Our entertainment center features cable TV, VCR/DVD/CD/stereo receiver, and a selection of music tapes, DVD's and videos for your enjoyment. WIFI is also available. The sofa folds out to a super-queen bed which is available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 available at the breakfast bar.

The unit sleeps 6-8 persons comfortably. The two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds.

There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom with a beautiful view of Mammoth & Lincoln Mountains.

The jacuzzi and sauna are located about 40 yards from the front door.

The spa features a heated floor for your comfort.

There are showers available for your convenience.

Wonderful, cozy unit! The space is clean, inviting, and very usable. Kitchen is newly redone and well stocked. In addition, the unit is well located with easy access to old town, the mountain, and creekside walks. Host was warm and responsive. What more can you ask for? We loved our stay and hope to return.

The townhouse was warm, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for home cooked meals. The house even came with extra batteries for the remotes. All the switches were labeled and instructions were very thorough. We were very happy with the rental. If there was one thing that could have made our stay better would have been a larger bed in the master.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this townhome! Having two bedrooms on the ground floor means not having to carry the bulk of your luggage upstairs, which is a big win. There is a locked storage closet just outside the front door to leave your skis/boards in. The woodburning stove/fireplace is incredible, and even allows you to pump warm air into the master bedroom downstairs. There is also an open-air loft as a 3rd level, which my young-adult age kids absolutely loved.The kitchen is well stocked with bar stools all around it. The couches surrounding the TV and fireplace are the perfect place to hang out after a day of Mammoth fun. The owner left wood and kindling for us to make a fire, and we all could hang out in comfort and warmth.Parking was easy and plenty was available. The hot-tub building is just a very short walk away, and the ski shuttle bus is an easy 5 minute walk.I look forward to coming back here... This was truly a wonderful place to stay!

Super easy check in/out. Great kitchen which worked amazingly for Thanksgiving dinner. We were surprised to not have access to the Snowcreek gym as previous rentals in Snowcreek did so if you are hoping to have access just note that VRBO rentals at Snowcreek do not come with gym access (as far as we now under).Great location and mountains views!

Great place to stay at Mammoth Lakes

We enjoyed our stay at the Tri level townhome. It was clean and very well appointed with furniture, bedding, towels and kitchen equipment.The unit and neighborhood was quiet and the grounds are beautiful with green grass and flower gardens around the trees.The location was close to the lakes, restaurants and grocery store.Overall a very comfortable place and I would stay there again.

Great place

One of the cleanest places we've stayed at in Mammoth and we've stayed at many. We really like the snow creek area, it's very quiet with plenty of parking and room to roam around. The shuttle stop to the village and lodges is right across the street from the main entrance. We will defiantly booking here again.

Great Mammoth Rental!

Iā€™ve stayed in a dozen different Mammoth homes, and this is among the best. It is a fully-equipped, comfortable 2/2, plus loft. As noted across reviews, the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of firewood. And, plenty of hot water! Ski locker for your gear. Perfect location. Easy walk to shuttle. Beautiful meadow/backdrop. Would love to return!

Family stay for regional races. All of our needs were met and Thurza was easy to reach and accommodating to our needs. Nice to have washer and dryer at the unit. Also nice to have pet friendly. Make sure your pet behaves well and doesnā€™t scratch as the place deserves better..

As others have stated the initial entry into the home with key is interesting to say the least. For some shorter people it might be impossible to access the key. That system could definitely use an update. The place is beautiful. The photos definitely dont do it justice. Has everything you could need. The TV seemed to have some issues streaming from the streaming apps, Not sure if it was an issue on the tv side or the internet. Also not small children friendly, the stairwell and upstairs banister has large gaps between the post that my 50lb husky and 2 y/o daughter both easily fit through. Honestly though small little gripes, overall loved the home and location. Suits all my families and trips needs. Has all of the things you would need in a home and then some. Truly appreciated the fireplace setup with all the kindling and everything else to start a true fire. Would love to come back again for our families annual trip.

Fantastic Stay in Mammoth

This is a wonderful home, stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with our family. The condo is updated throughout, and made the stay very easy. One note - as a family with small children, the gaps between railing balusters in the home are quite wide. We just had to be a little diligent watching our kids around them. We had a great time though!

OMG! Amazing home.

This home was perfect. I canā€™t say enough great things about this place and the experience we had in it. The home had everything you could possibly need and the quality of everything was top-notch. Absolutely the best place weā€™ve ever rented in Mammoth. And weā€™ve been coming here as a family for 10 years. We will definitely be coming here again.The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of clean sheets, pillows, and extra bedding and blankets. The vanities and showers are newly remodeled and look beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with top-of-the-line pots and pans. Normally when you rent a place, everything is cheap. The pots and pans are cheap, the furniture is old, and nothing has been remodeled since 1970. But this place was amazing. itā€™s like the owners actually live there.The location is perfect. Close to everything. In the mornings, I would walk the dog to the coffee shop. The grocery store is a short drive or walk away. Canyon Lodge is less than 10 minutes away and the main lodge is about 15 minutes away.

Awesome cabin layout and so cozy!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! We especially loved how well stocked it was. That made it super easy to cook and enjoy dinners around that big dining room table. We had a few other Sierra Club Wilderness Travel Course friends staying in other cabins also in snow creek so ours was the perfect hang out spot for us all to be able to gather. We loved how close it was to all the hiking! Thanks. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyable Snowcreek Condo

This upscale Snowcreek two-bedroom condo was perfect for our recent stay with our dog and family friend. Having stayed many times in other Snowcreek condos, we particularly appreciated its location, ease of parking just in front of the door, and the tasteful high-end upgrades and decorating. All of the rooms are good size and well appointed. Our only recommendation would be to provide a small bench or chair just inside the entry to remove and put on shoes. The only small inconveniences were there were no extra keys on the hooks inside the condo (the owner quickly advised us to just use the keys in the lockboxes) and the big-screen TV or its remote was not easy to use. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to request it for future trips.

We are Kimyon and Thurza Heim. We have been the owner's of our unit for the past 25 years, and purchased the unit from the original owner, Kim's former business partner. Our goal was to create a comfortable, cozy 'home away from home, where we could retreat from our busy lives and rejuvenate in the beautiful eastern Sierra mountains. We have two sons who love to ski with us in the winter and fish in the summer. Our 9 year old labrador retriever, Reina, is a huge part of our lives, and loves to travel with us, so being a pet-friendly unit is very important to us. We've decorated and added improvements to create a cozy, relaxing environment for ourselves and our guests. As a builder/general contractor, Kim added several skylights and a kitchen window to allow more natural light and ventilation in the unit, and take advantage of the beautiful outdoor views. We both love to cook, so having a well-appointed kitchen is a must for us. Whether it's a Thanksgivng meal preparation, or a simple breakfast or snack, our guests will find all that they need. Also, a good night's sleep is very important, so we provide good, comfortable matresses and bedding.

We live in southern California and love to get away to the mountains to enjoy the change of seasons. The eastern Sierra is absolutely gorgeous and offers a variety of recreational activities all year round! Skiing and fishing are our favorite activities. Mammoth is easy to get to from southern California and the drive through the Owen's valley is beautiful.

Our unit is located in the Snowcreek development. The grounds are beautiful with lots of open space, creeks running through a beautiful meadow, and a small, man-made lake for kids to fish. There are hiking/biking paths through the area, which make for great cross-country skiing trails in winter. The ski lifts are a short, 3-minute drive from our unit. The Mammoth town free-shuttle stops in front of the Snowcreek development. We are also just a short 3-minute drive to the Vons shopping center, so everything is close by and convenient....close enough to walk to, if desired.
