In the heart of Charleston, SC this home is conveniently located near everything the city has to offer. Minutes to historic downtown, and central to all beaches. This community was originally developed in the 1940's for our military men and women fighting in WWII. Casa Sol offers complimentary coffee and a well supplied kitchen with spices for the gourmet chef. The back yard is ready for a barbecue equipped with gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit. Enjoy!!

We had a fabulous time in North Charleston. Location was perfect as we were attending for a CrossFit competition at the convention center. House was clean with all necessary amenities.

I was in town to conduct some business and my son was excited to meet up with some family. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good home. The neighborhood was in a older neighborhood but I never felt unsafe.

Casa Sol was just what we needed for our stay in North Charleston! It was a nice home very near the activities that we needed to attend. I would highly recommend staying here.

Yes and amenities were just fine. I believe bed room tv are T least needed in the bedrooms maybenot the kids room.I think "in the heart of the community" needs to be in more detail.

First Charleston Visit

We had a great time. Easy to find, easy access. Quiet neighborhood. Not far to the different places we wanted to see. Even had a great meal cooked on the grill one night. Had a small, minor issue and Gina and Michael took care of it quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were unable to stay the entire time due to the impending hurricane. It was a great place and the girls really liked it. We got there on Saturday evening and left Monday morning at 10:00am.

Cute little bungalow

Property is located close to down town. Everything we did was only about 15 minutes away . The schooner ship was our favorite . We also enjoyed the dinner cruise and the carriage ride was amazing . The owner was responsive and even came out when the tv was giving us issues . The house is cute and they added little touches to make it homey and inviting . Charleston was fun!

Spring Break in Charleston

What a great little property. Perfect for our family of 5. What a wonderful welcome! Upon arrival the place was decorated for the Easter weekend (which our kids loved)! Great location within 5 miles of grocery/Costco plus 15 minutes from downtown Charleston/patriot point and less then 30 minutes from the beaches and historical sites. This is a great home base. As an FYI the listing didn’t include that they have a washer and dryer but they do as well as a well stocked kitchen. We would stay again on our next Charleston excursion.

Interior was great!

Interior was great! Exterior could use some cosmetic work. Neighborhood... I read the reviews and I was prepared for it, but it was a little worse than what I had imagined. My teenage kids gave me an earful. Also, no restaurants nearby. That said, my wife and I would stay there again. Seriously, the interior of the home was great... ABOVE my expectations. Great hosts!
