Super cozy getaway with perfect location and allure.
This place is perfect for 2 or 3 people the third would have to stay on a sofa bed but otherwise is an amazing location. You have a supermarket that's walking distance. You have 3 restaurants close to you that are also walking distance. The best part for summer the beach is literally a block or two away. Super close to downtown St. Augustine making everything you got to do possible.

Leaky Property
At first glance this appears to be a decent rental. However, there were several problems and concerns. Three leaks appeared on our first night. One above the coffee maker in the kitchen. One above the toilet and one in the corner of the bedroom. Not only did this make our stay uncomfortable but concerning and possibly dangerous. Slip and fall could occur with this type of leak on tile floors. Also, we spent several hours addressing the situation with “a person” on the phone instead of enjoying our stay. Someone came to check on the apartment UPSTAIRS but never so much as knocked on our door to check on the unit that was leaking…OURS! Moving on…outdoor furniture was old and in disrepair. Cable didn’t work. Had to call to get bike lock codes, this should be provided in check in info. No oven. No dishwasher. Limited kitchen essentials and what was there was cheap and dishes were mostly plastic. In closing. I would never rent this or any property run by this host again and would recommend no one else does. I have rented several places over the years using online sites and I was quite dissatisfied to say the least. The owner manager/ Vrbo should offer us some kind of restitution or a full refund in my opinion. Disappointed!
