Peaceful relaxing guesthouse surrounded by flowers and greenery. Close proximity to the beach, mountains and polo fields. Private setting w shaded seating areas. Modern amenities and private entrance make for an ideal peaceful escape. This unit is tucked away in a garden w its own entrance and parking space. Centrally located 1 mile from the beach in either direction and a few mins drive to both Carpinteria and Santa Barbara.

Great stay near Santa Barbara

The property was exactly as it was listed. The guest house was quaint and well kept. We had an issue with the WiFi but the host was very responsive and resetting the modem while we were out for dinner. We had a few ants that made their way into the property but the owner pointed us to some bug spray and we resolved that issue fairly quickly.
