📝 THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• The jetted bathtub in the master bathroom is inoperable.
• The fireplace in the master bedroom is inoperable.
• Like many beach homes in the area, this home does NOT have AC. The multitude of windows, the ceiling fans, and the nice coastal breeze ensure you will stay nice and cool!
• This is the upstairs unit of a duplex.
• Third sleeping arrangement is a sofa bed in a loft-style room. There is no door.
• This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
