The entire vibe of this home is "island life". If you're looking for a cozy spot on the beach that will make you feel more like you're at home than a tourist on vacation, this is the place for it. Our cute beach house is located on Pensacola Beach, and the water is within sight from the roomy outdoor deck. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living space, outdoor space, and everything you need to enjoy life on the beach! 200 steps from the sand.

Perfect and peaceful

The property was just as described, perfect for my daughter and i. The host always responded quickly. The walk to the beach is very short and the hammocks were a comfy choice!

Absolutely Amazing!

This house was the absolute best location and amazing accommodations for our family getaway! Please do yourself a favor and book it. Laying in the hammocks feeling the ocean breeze is astonishing. So close to the beach your car never has to leave.

End of Summer Get Away

We decided to take a beach trip with our kids that were still single. I narrowed the stay options down to three, and we all decided on this place. We loved the idea of a private house vs a condo. The hammocks outside were perfect. Short walk to the beach. We loved it!

I have been traveling for 10 yrs. This house feels like it's an afterthought by the owners. The decor is dated and isn't cohesive. The shower curtain was filled with soap scum, rusted hooks and shower head was growing mold. There were 3 coach roaches in the home. Also, saw a rat under the deck while on the hammock. The deck is not safe for feet as rusty nails are popping up, the railing is shaky and other parts are being held up by shims. There were no games or books or anything for a rainy day. Most places are more personable and think of these things. The property is not being taken care of with any thought. The fans and vents were filthy. I was also irritated that the day before we check in we are told there are cameras that will be watching us outside. Who wants that on vacation? I would not have booked if I knew that prior. I was also asked not to leave any poor comments, but to do so privately. They do not want accountability for the condition of the home. I found that sneaky. The house is close to the beach and that was nice. They said they had beach chairs, but they are camp chairs. The decking boards below the deck where the hammocks are are not secure. I will not be booking again.

Absolutely loved the property and the place. Very open concept layout and chill beach vibes for sure. We both loved the place. Less then 5 min from downtown to be close but far enough away from busy busy lights and noise. Very short walk to the beautiful beach sunrise and sunset. Will definitely look at being back here!
