About this property

Waterfront w/pool and hot tub

Professionally decorated, spacious, canal view keys home located in Key Colony Beach, the “Gem” of the Florida Keys. Our home features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
This location is in the heart of the Florida Keys only 45 minutes from Key West and 35 minutes to Islamorada.
The rental policy in the city of Key Colony Beach is very strict on the maximum occupancy of each property based on square footage. Each person is allow per 200 square feet in a property. Therefore, for our 1200 SQFT property the maximum occupancy is 6 people. Violation on such policy would not only cause additional charges/fines on your end but also possible suspension on our rental permit. Please understand and respect the laws of KCB and save fines and trouble on both of our ends. Thank you.
Our property is pet friendly. However, an additional $200 cleaning charge comes standard for our cleaning service provider. If your pet(s) is(are) not house-trained and has/have caused damages in house, additional charges/fines will occur by case.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for my spouse and I and our dog. Very close to the park to walk our dog, which has been an issue at other KCB rentals but not here. Would definitely stay here again.
