Stay at Cerrada de Amores
Our stay at Cerrada de Amores was wonderful. We were mainly looking for a place that was safe and quiet but close enough to explore the city and this place was perfect. The check in process was flawless, were given codes to access the property and did not have to interact with the owners which was different than other places we've been. Sometimes the owners have been to hands on but this was great like I said we never saw them but they answered any questions we had and had detail instructions for access and for inside the property. This house was located in a very safe neighborhood and we never felt unsafe even at night we were out n about. There's even a police check point manned right outside the house 24/7 and made it feel even safer. There's restaurants and convenience stores like oxxo, 7elven, Aurora about a block away. We even walked to the nearby Mall Parque Delta which has great shopping and restaurants and Vip theater. The interior of the house had everything you need. It has basically a bottom floor for laundry, the second floor was the kitchen and living room, the third floor had the three bedrooms and two baths and a small sitting area with a tv, and the fourth floor is the roof patio. This is a great place to stay and if we for sure stay again if it's available next time we vacation in Mexico City. We did see the neighbors a few times and they were really friendly. All in all it was great and have no complaints.
