Lake/ski getaway with plenty of sleeping space (4 private bedrooms, plus one bunk bed and two pullout sofas in common spaces) and open concept common areas. Part of the Sunapee Hills Association with exclusive access to Chalk Pond and the association tennis courts/playground. 10 minute walk to the private beach, or Lake Sunapee is a short drive away. Mount Sunapee ski resort is 15 minutes away.
