The space
A tranquil spot in the beautiful forest town of Boulder Creek (5 min walk), close to relaxing beach city of Santa Cruz home of the Boardwalk and Pacific Garden Mall. Close to State Parks.
The house is on the river, a short walk to swimming holes. You can sit and listen to the river from comfort of the house or balcony. You can see redwoods from every room. A lovely fireplace for mellow evenings.

A two bedroom one bath house, with a balcony and a large yard. A nice size living room with Roku TV and high speed Xfinity wifi, and a lovely gas lodge style fireplace There is a washer and dryer downstairs. Close access to river swimming holes and bbqs at Junction Beach. The sound of the river is enchanting.

There is a masseuse at the next property over if you would like to relax more deeply. She is respected and appreciated by the community.
There is also a wood sculpture at that house, people love to take his treasures home.
