Entertain up to 20 guests comfortably at this spacious Lake of the Ozarks retreat. This home is located in the Heart of Osage Beach at MM-17. Tucked in the back of a deep calm cove, quick access to restaurants & stores- the house is only 3 minutes off highway 54.

Whether you’re vacationing with family, friends, or a wedding party, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out between the open-concept kitchen/living room, wraparound deck, and huge private dock.
The space
Main Floor Living Space: The main floor living room has cozy couches, large flatscreen TV. Just outside the living room is a large covered deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the views or the evening sunset. The main floor has a spacious laundry room with a new washer and dryer, closet space.

Lower Level Living Space: We have comfy seating with an additional pull out couch. You will also find and additional refrigerator for all your beverages and food. We have a pool table and other game for you and your party to enjoy.

Kitchen: Our spacious upscale kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with hood and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Included are K-Cups, ground coffee, filters.

Master Suite: Our master suite is located just off of the living room and you will find a modern King bed, walk-in closet, oversized shower, a luxurious bathtub, amazing lake views, and your own private walkout to our deck.

Second Floor Bedrooms: Our guest will find two private bedrooms with plenty of room to hang clothes in the closest or benches at the end of the beds for your luggage.
The bunk room features (4) Full beds (2) Queen beds with a private bathroom attached.

Outside: There's a huge covered deck with lounge chairs, outside dining area, ceiling fans, BBQ grill, as well as games such as Life-size jenga and the ring hook game.

Dock: We have a massive private dock for the whole family. We have seating area shaded and unshaded. We have a boat slip for your use. We have a kayak, paddle board, Lilly pad for your enjoyment. As well as great fishing all around.

Our Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive detailed information when you make your reservation and will get your specific access codes the day before you arrive.

Our home is smoke free, no pets, we also have a Ring doorbell, and the minimum age to reserve is 25.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and dock. Guests will not have access to the lower garage and two owner's closets.

One boat slip is available for your use. There are also additional cleats on the the dock to tie up an additional boat. Please bring extra fenders to protect your boat and our dock. Absolutely no bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed!
