The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game. Our pool and spa building is still under construction.

Clean, relaxing, well stocked

Our family of 5 + dog had an amazing time here! The home was very clean and extremely well stocked. It had lots of towels and linens as well as appliances, kitchen tools, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Outside has a nice astroturf lawn, cornhole games, a few BBQ grills, and wash station. We had a courtyard view cabin, which worked great. The pond view seemed like it had a nice view so we will try that next time. The exterior is well kept and other families staying here were very respectful of neighbors and the property. The location felt safe and it is also convenient if you’re exploring Seaside and Cannon Beach. Property management was very clear, prompt, and friendly in their communication. Only wish is that they have some kind of laundry option, something in the cabin or even a shared laundry facility on site would be helpful for longer stays. This is a gem and we look forward to returning!

Our new summer getaway!

My sister, her boyfriend and my two kids stayed for 3 nights. The home is lovely! It is a short walk to the beach in about a mile walk to the main part of Seaside. This worked great for us because we’d love to get out and walk. The courtyard was fantastic for my two and three year-old. They love to go out and play with all the other kids staying there. I can’t wait to see how the clubhouse is when it’s finished. The place was clean and even though we didn’t see a Wi-Fi password, the host got back to me via text with the password. I will definitely be booking again. We had such a blast staying at the Commons at Seaside!
