Treetop Lakehouse is nestled within a private gated community in Rosman, NC—just 20 mins from Brevard and an hour from Asheville. Surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pisgah National Forest, this area offers some of the best outdoor experiences in the region—hiking, waterfalls, tubing, gem mining, stargazing, and more.

Located on the waterfront, this family-friendly cabin is 1.8 mi (2.9 km) from Nantahala National Forest and 5.2 mi (8.3 km) from the French Broad River. Crystal Mountain Gem Mine and Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute are also within 16 mi (25 km).

Tesla charger installed. A vehicle is needed to get around. The roads in the community are gravel and have inclines and declines as we are in the mountains. While accessible by most vehicles (guests have gone to the house in a convertible Mustang) it is suggested to have front wheel drive, AWD or 4x4 if there is potential for snow.
