The property is in a great location. Easy access to downtown Annapolis, shopping centers and restaurants, and the Maryland Renaissance Faire. The townhome was very clean. It was a little difficult to locate upon pulling into the complex. We did eventually find it, but expected fewer properties around it. That was mostly fine, but some of the neighbors decided to have a party that went fairly late on Saturday night that kept us up.

Super easy check in, kitchen and towels are well supplied for a group. There’s a nice green space out front and the neighborhood was nice. Properly is tucked to the left back of the green space and the back gate leads out to the main road.

Great Extended Stay!

Our company used this rental for a few of our employees for a little over a month. The only complaints we received were about the thermostat, but the host was very quick to communicate with me and get the issue resolved. I would recommend renting from this host!

This property was exactly as advertised. It is very utility oriented and really served our purposes. We were able to prepare meals; and enjoy intimate time with extended family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The only item I would criticize is the parking. It is a little confusing on exactly where you can park. The parking lot associated with the property is not marked at all and in disrepair. We were told by a tenant in the complex we could not park in the spot we were in. We moved, but did not know what the differentiation between the two spots. Could easily be a neighbor attempting to protect a coveted spot. The street had signs indicating a permit was necessary. We really would park and hope for the best. A very minor issue compared to the overall experience which was very positive.

Thank you for staying with us and for providing the feedback on parking. The parking for the complex is not assigned, but guests park in the spaces open. The street is free parking :)
