As you enter the home, you are greeted by a wall of windows framing Grand Portage Lake and a dining room area for all your friends and family to gather! Directly off the dining room, is the living room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts a full-size sink, stove, and refrigerator! While the living room holds a large flat screen TV and various couches and chairs.

Off the living room, are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. All rooms showcase beautiful views of the woods, or lake, or BOTH! The perfect spaces to unwind!

Through the kitchen is the washer/dryer and entry to downstairs. Downstairs you will find another full bathroom, an oversized living space, a second flat screen TV and a beautiful gas burning fireplace! All of which are NEWLY redone!

Outside, there is FUN for the whole family! White Birch Lodge has a firepit, outdoor dining area, well lit dock, kayaks to explore the lake, AND plenty of yard space for games! Across the lake, there is also a public beach/playground! Lastly, right out of the large, "U" shaped, driveway is direct access to 100's of miles of ATV/UTV Trails and snowmobile trails!
