Awesome location

House was adorable and very comfortable! Walk to private beach and close drive to Newport, etc. Parking was a bit tight and close to neighbors but you will not be disappointed! Will be back again!

Very cute place in a convenient location to explore all RI has to offer

We wanted to explore Rhode Island since we've never been and found this VRBO to be a very cute and comfortable place for us and our two kids (5&10). Having a private beach right next door was awesome. There was a heat wave for a couple days so not having a window AC unit in the master bedroom made it a bit uncomfortable but once the outside temp got back to normal the room was fine. The two single beds in the loft area worked great for our kids. Also, check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much! Will be telling others of this place.
