Be our guest at BeachMore, our Family-Friendly (and Fido-Friendly) Townhouse. Rates 10% higher in certain high-demand periods like Memorial Day and 4th of July. All tenants over 90 days exempt from 11% tax per SC law.

This clean, dog and family-friendly unit is perfect for up 4 people (which is the limit for the lease, per our condo ass'n), and has lots of extra space for overnight guests or friends! Can sleep up to 6 in beds, 2 more on a pull out sofa, and a pack and play even fits in the guest room closet!

-1 downstairs with 1 Double-bed and 1 Twin bed

*Queen fold-out bed in living room.

*There is also an on-site pack-n-play that sets up perfectly in the large closet of the downstairs bedroom (we always left the door open for ventilation when ours were young).

Rental includes all freshly-laundered linens for stays of 30-days or fewer. Linen rental may be added to month+ rentals for only $25/month. Linens include all adult beds, bath, hand and kitchen towels, washcloths, and potholders; does not include beach towels. We do not provide linens for the pack n play.

2 ½ baths (with clean water filters on both shower heads).

1400 sq. ft. with vaulted double-high ceiling (please note, while the vaulted ceilings are wonderful, they can create quite a temperature imbalance between the first and second floors!), open plan, loft area with twin bed, 60 inch flat screen TV (in Living Room) with FREE Netflix, HDMI cord for gaming/movies and Googlecast, High Speed wireless internet (300/30Mbps), infrared grill, jetted garden tub, dining area, washer & dryer. 35 inch TV with cable in Master Bedroom, and 29 inch TV in spare bedroom for DVD watching (no cable).

Closest pool is 50 yards away (and has it's own WiFi), short (7-10 minute) walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to Coligny shopping area or three minute car ride to either. Quiet and safe condo complex features multiple pools and rec. facilities including tennis courts. Island is very bike friendly with paths everywhere and reasonable rental by the day or week.

Weeks book Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm the Saturday beginning your stay, check out before 10am the Saturday ending your stay (may be able to accommodate other check in/out times). Add 11% for all taxes. Security deposit of $500 (or $750 if bringing a dog, which will be returned, less expenses for any damages--in all our years of renting we've only had 2 occasions that we used part of the security deposit to cover damages). No cats please.

Please note that Beachmore is Family-Friendly, fun, and comfortable. It is NOT luxury accommodations. It is a well-loved (i.e. well-used) unit that can always use updates and maintenance. If you are seeking a pristine space, this is not a great fit.

Restrictions: NO SMOKING in condo. Our condo can sleep up to 6 in beds plus 2 more in a fold-out sofa; The condo association prefers no more than 4 adults in each unit, but there are no prohibitions against overnight guests, so if you’d like to have others join you on your trip, you will have beds for them.

Want to bring your dog? No problem. Add $75/week and enjoy how dog-friendly Hilton Head Island is. No cats please.

Included in your rental: dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, bed and bath linens. We provide bedding for all beds in the condo. Condo is On-Demand and Pay-per-view movie capable, cost is deducted from deposit. Netflix is free.

To make sure that we are able to cover our mortgage, condo fee, utilities and upkeep on this home, we do not negotiate prices in the typical sense. HOWEVER, if you are looking to save money and have goods or services we can make use of to maintain our home, we are open to barter stays. Here is our current wish list, but if you have items or services you think our condo could use, please make suggestions and we’d be happy to consider them! Any professional services would require appropriate professional insurance, bonding, etc.

• Paint/Cosmetic Services: Repaint any room or area per our specs (only if you are a painter by trade); bathrooms would require removal of wallpaper.

• Flooring: we would love to replace the carpet and tile on the ground level with a new hardwood bamboo floor. (If you are an installer who can guarantee/warranty your work as well as the floor).

• Decorative painting: If you are an interior designer or decorative painter, we’re open to some fun wall treatments by agreement. We also have some fun ideas for decorative paint on our (very dated) cabinetry.

• New dishwasher. (nothing wrong with current model, but always open to considering an upgrade).

We are small business owners who live in Columbus, Ohio. We own Phia Salon and Philosophi Salon and Mike is a Life Coach and Elizabeth a Wellness Coach. We have 2 wonderful daughters, 2 dogs and a cat. Mike is originally from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers) and Elizabeth was born in Mississippi.

Why Mike Bella chose Island Areas

We love South Forest Beach. The Tiki Hut is great for music and a beach view and Pool Bar Jims makes blended smoothies (and cocktails) out of actual fruit rather than using those horrible syrups. This end of the island felt more like an 'island' (the other end feels more commercial to us), and the plantations take so long to get in and out of...this is so much more convenient to us!

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is very eco- and health-friendly with chlorine filters on both showers and the kitchen faucet.

Very comfortable condo, in great location very near Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines.

This was our second year at this property in Treetops and Sea Breeze and it has made us feel right at home. It is a pet friendly condo, which is a must for us. The owner has been very accommodating.

Beachmore Thanksgiving Holiday Week

Very nice condo and very reasonably priced. Mike was easily accessible by text, phone or email for any questions but his instructions for our stay at the condo were precise enough that they were limited to a few insignificant questions. The condo location is convenient to all the activities we normally do on our visits to HHI. The common 1/2 bathroom on the first floor is a very nice convenience. We had no issues with our stay despite Hurricane Matthew that hit HHI several weeks earlier. Very Satisfied.

TOO NICE TO BE CONSIDERED A "CONDO"

This place is much more than we thought once we arrived. Pics do not do justice for the overall size and open feel of the place. We stayed for several weeks into the summer and felt like home by the end. Convenient to every part of the island. Mike or Elizabeth would promptly respond to any questions we had about the area and have installed some new amenities as well. Concerned at first that could have an odor from pets, but furthest from the truth. Place is lovely and priced reasonably considering what you get in return. Very Happy.

Location, location, location

Having stayed with my wife and Bernese Mountain dog in many different rentals over the past 10 years, I found this condo to be in an ideal location on the island. Very close to Coligny Circle, Sea Pines, and plenty of great restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Short walk to beach and right on the bike path. The decor was very nice and it was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is a galley style, adequate for us and the couple of guests the we entertained from time to time. If you have to have granite counter tops and lavish furnishings, this is not the place, but it more than makes up for it in its location and size and affordability. Very nice to have the extra 1/2 bath on the main floor, not attached to any bedroom. We cooked out several times and the electric grill worked great. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. We plan on coming back next year.

Spacious, open, nicely decorated large condo close to everything

My husband and border collie thoroughly enjoyed our 27 night stay at this HH island condo. The owners were extremely helpful answering all our questions prior to our arrival and very promptly resolved a few minor issues that surfaced during our stay. We were very appreciative that the owners even let us check several hours prior to normal check-in time, since no one else had stayed there the prior night, as we'd stayed at our timeshare for two weeks prior and had many perishable items we didn't want to spoil. When we first arrived at the condo we were very pleased with the spaciousness and openness of this two story condo and how nicely the owners had decorated it. We hosted some family and a few friends off and on during our stay and everyone enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Being active seniors and long distance walkers, we enjoyed our daily and sometimes twice daily two long block walks to the beach to play with our dog and walk the beach. We considered the location to be ideal as it addition to the beach being close by, the condo was also very close to shopping, restaurants and parks. We brought our bikes with us and found this condo to be a great location from which to enjoy many wonderful long bike rides. The condo tennis court was also fabulous and we enjoyed playing tennis on many occasions during our stay. We also all enjoyed relaxing by the condo swimming pool a number of times....our dog was comfortable in the shade tied to the fence on her leash just outside the pool area of course however she was close enough to us through the fence that she was happy, cool and quiet. We'd like to thank the condo owners very much for sharing their beautiful condo with us and for their hospitality, generosity and attentiveness. We're pleased to recommend this condo to others and if our schedule permits us to enjoy another extended holiday in Hilton Head, we'd like to return to stay at this condo again.
