This clean, dog and family-friendly unit is perfect for up 4 people (which is the limit for the lease, per our condo ass'n), but you are allowed to have up to 4 guests overnight or friends! Can sleep up to 6 in beds, 2 more on a pull out sofa, and a pack and play even fits in the guest room closet!

*There is also an on-site pack-n-play that sets up perfectly in the large closet of the downstairs bedroom (we always left the door open for ventilation when ours were young).
Rental includes all freshly-laundered linens for stays of 30-days or fewer. Linen rental may be added to month+ rentals for only $25/month. Linens include all adult beds, bath, hand and kitchen towels, washcloths, and potholders; does not include beach towels. We do not provide linens for the pack n play.

1400+ sq. ft. with vaulted double-high ceiling (please note, while the vaulted ceilings are wonderful, they can create quite a temperature imbalance between the first and second floors!), open plan, loft area with twin bed, 60 inch flat screen TV (in Living Room) with FREE Netflix, HDMI cord for gaming/movies and Googlecast, High Speed wireless internet (300/30Mbps), infrared grill, jetted garden tub, dining area, washer & dryer. 35 inch TV with cable in Master Bedroom, and 29 inch TV in spare bedroom for DVD watching (no cable).
Closest pool is 50 yards away (and has it's own WiFi), short (7-10 minute) walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to Coligny shopping area or three-minute car ride to either. Quiet and safe condo complex features multiple pools and rec. facilities including tennis courts. Island is very bike friendly with paths everywhere and reasonable rental by the day or week.
Weeks book Saturday to Saturday (strict in summer months, lenient all other months). Check in time is 4pm the Saturday beginning your stay, check out before 10am the Saturday ending your stay (may be able to accommodate other check in/out times). Add 11% for all taxes. Security deposit of $500 (or $750 if bringing a dog, which will be returned, less expenses for any damages--in all our years of renting we've only had 2 occasions that we used part of the security deposit to cover damages). No cats please. OR you can choose the non-refundable insurance instead of the refundable security deposit.
Please note that Beachmore is Family-Friendly, fun, and comfortable. It is NOT luxury accommodations. It is a well-loved (i.e. well-used) unit that can always use updates and maintenance. If you are seeking a pristine space, this is not a great fit.
Restrictions: NO SMOKING in condo. Our condo can sleep up to 6 in beds plus 2 more in a fold-out sofa; The condo association prefers no more than 4 adults in each unit, but there are no prohibitions against overnight guests, so if you’d like to have others join you on your trip, you will have beds for them.
Want to bring your dog? No problem. Add $75/week and enjoy how dog-friendly Hilton Head Island is. No cats please.
Included in your rental: dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, bed and bath linens. We provide bedding for all beds in the condo. Condo is On-Demand and Pay-per-view movie capable, cost is deducted from deposit. Netflix is free.
To make sure that we are able to cover our mortgage, condo fee, utilities and upkeep on this home, we do not negotiate prices in the typical sense. HOWEVER, if you are looking to save money and have goods or services we can make use of to maintain our home, we are open to barter stays. Here is our current wish list, but if you have items or services you think our condo could use, please make suggestions and we’d be happy to consider them! Any professional services would require appropriate professional insurance, bonding, etc.
• New dryer (or, if you have the proper insurance, maintenance to our current washer & dryer to optimize its performance)
• Paint/Cosmetic Services: Repaint any room or area per our specs (only if you are a painter by trade); bathrooms would require removal of wallpaper.
• Flooring: we would love to replace the carpet and tile on the upper level with a new hardwood type floor (if you are an installer who can guarantee/warranty your work as well as the floor).
• Decorative painting: If you are an interior designer or decorative painter, we’re open to some fun wall treatments by agreement. We also have some fun ideas for decorative paint on our (very dated) cabinetry.
