About this property

New condo on large swimming pond with double kayak

Best for an adult getaway on a beautiful pond. Home has only been lived in for three months, practically brand new! Main level has a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room that opens to a fully windowed sun room and deck. Keurig for coffee. Front of condo has another sitting room with TV. Lower level walk out has another two bedrooms, large bar area with wine fridge, screened in sitting area with another TV and outdoor dining. Guests are able to use the double kayak on the pond and is great for catch and release fishing. Included access to other larger swimming pond with gazebo and beach near main entrance of subdivision. Two car garage is also available to park. Paved bike trail that cuts thru the neighborhood can take you all the way into Spring Lake and beyond. Coast Guard Festival is same week. 10 minutes drive to Grand Haven, 25 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids.
