Gorgeous light & bright, remodeled top to bottom & newly furnished with central air conditioner. Home is perfectly located within a half block to PCH and downtown Lantern district, restaurants, shops, grocery store and park. A short walk through Heritage Park to the Harbor and the Laguna Cliff Hotel. One mile to Doheny Beach and two miles to the Ritz Carlton and Salt Creek beach. Beautifully appointed kitchen with all new dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware etc., self-closing cabinets, high end appliances, walk-in pantry, bar area with wine cooler, breakfast counter, stone & quartz counter tops, Dutch door to backyard plus spacious dining area. Large living room with new leather sectional sofa and swivel chairs, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and French doors opening to backyard. Large backyard with covered patio new patio furniture and a 2-car garage plus parking for 2 more cars.

Nice place, walking distance to all great food/shops in Lantern district

Enjoyed the stay and was able to walk to most things we wanted to do which is really important to my family and I. We loved the large kitchen with island and fenced in front yard. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful home for a family

I had my mother stay with me, my wife and our two children at this wonderful home in Dana Point for the Christmas holidays. The home has everything one could need and every detail was taken care of by the owner, including making us feel at home over Christmas. The extremely kind owner also went out of her way to help us with requests that had nothing to do with our stay at the property. I could not have been happier with my choice of this home.

Absolutely perfect!

A very relaxing stay in the cute Lantern district of Dana Point. A quick walk will get you to the Dana Point Harbor full of restaurants and shops. The Lantern District is being revitalized and has amazing restaurants only couple of blocks away! This home is in the perfect location for your visit to Dana Point. Linda is very helpful and communicates swiftly. The house is beautiful, and very much lives up to the photos. Clean comfy beds, open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out! The outdoor space is spacious charming, lots of room for everyone! The garage is great as parking can be a bit limited in this area. We will definitely be back to stay… Great house and location! Book it!
