Winnecook Lake House

This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. ***
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels on the kitchen floor.
Strip all used sheets from beds slept in and place them with the towels in the kitchen.
Empty the fridge of items brought with you. Trash cans need to be emptied. There is a red garbage container at the top of the driveway for your convenience. Please lock the door upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved staying here. Owners were prompt when we had questions. The space was clean and had enough room to spread out. Outside area was awesome with access to the lake, fire pit, and room for the kids to run around!

The house is rustic and gives so much peace and quiet. There is something special about sitting outside and listening to the loons in the morning. It’s a perfect place to unwind and melt away life’s stresses.

What makes this property unique

The 1.5 acres makes the property private to enjoy time to catch up with family and friends. A lot of properties on the lake are cabins but this house is a true year round house with lots of special amenities to enjoy lake life.
