This conveniently located apartment is nestled midway between the Santa Maria Novella train station and the San Lorenzo Church area, in Via San Antonino. The Central Market is only 3 min. walk and the vicinity to the train and bus stations make this apartment especially well positioned. Sleeps 4+2 sofa bed, 3rd floor with stair-lift for luggage - only check in, terrace, quite, sunny, view of Duomo from skylight.

PLEASE NOTICE : THERE ARE STAIRS INSIDE THE APARTMENT, NOT FOR SMALL CHILD FOR SAFTY REASON.

This apartment is totally refurbished at the beginning of 2024. 3rd floor(72 steps with stair-lift for luggage - only at check-in), 80 sq. mts. (870sq. ft.), consists of:

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. There was plenty of room, the a/c worked great, and it’s a great location to walk about anywhere in Florence. The host is wonderful too.

We arrived to a very clean and orderly apmt. Egla was an excellent host. She was friendly with excellent English. She provided us with terrific restaurant recommendations. We used each one! The aptmt has a fabulous location. Close to everything and a short walk to all major historical sites. Plenty of great restaurants and interesting stores nearby. The aptmt was very quiet on the backside of the building. The street is pedestrian only, so no traffic. We will stay there again for sure.

Beautiful, spacious apartment

We loved our stay at this property. Wonderful location, especially to the train station making it easy to come and go by train. Two blocks to the Mercado with a great place upstairs for a variety of dinner options. We loved our mornings and evenings on the outside terrace, watching the swallows and hearing the church bells. Be aware, however, that you will be walking up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We appreciated the luggage lift upon our arrival.

Perfect Location

3 blocks from the train station and 3 blocks to the market. Lots of local restaurants and a grocery store one block over. Close to all the major attractions. Master bedroom with full bath. 2nd bedroom has two twins.and full bath next door.Very nice deck. Unit was very clean and fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Did have lots of condiments. Lots of stairs but worth it when you get there.

This was our FAVORITE stay in Italy! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms nice & modern- excellent location to shops, cafes & restaurants. Egla was a wonderful host and very communicative. Property was easy to find and had all the amenities from hair dryers to shower gels- even filtered water jug in fridge. Extremely close to train station made it easy to navigate day trips & arrival & departure. LOVED our time in Florence!

Convenient location from the train station. Just a short walk. Was able to access good restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The place was a good size for 5 of us and was very comfortable. No elevator, but there is a lift to help with your luggage if you let the host know in advance before you arrive. Host was very responsive to messages. I would stay again.

This was a perfect stay in Florence, located right by the train station. One of the easier walks we completed with our luggage. They offered the luggage lift which we really appreciated and we highly recommend! The hosts were very sweet and spoke English which made our stay a little easier. Overall great experience.
