SUNNY CONTEMPORARY W POOL AND SPACE FOR ALL

OLDER CONTEMPORARY HOME WITH LARGE OPEN SPACES. This house is good for an easy living Hamptons experience. Comfy not fussy, this house is an entertainer's delight. With a center island kitchen and sliding doors to the bbq, deck and pool, so feel free to eat in or dine al fresca !
The 40 foot pool is in sun all day, with ample lounge chairs and patio sets for all. Several shaded areas are stationed for you as well. The clay tennis court is just off the deck and we have some loaner rackets for you.
In Winter there are two fireplaces(you must ask for instructions to use.)
Property Manager may be on property in separate area. Text if you need help with anything.
