House is adorable but communication with staff and cleanliness were an issue.
The house was adorable and just as advertised. Our biggest problem was getting responses from the mngt. company. They didn’t put our code to get into the house in the portal until the day after checking into the house. I had to request it several times by text to finally get it so we could get into the house upon arrival. Then when we got into the house we could not log into Wi-Fi because again the mngr would not respond for two days and the sound on the TV wouldn’t work. I own a business and needed internet access and didn’t have due to zero communication from property mngt for so long. He did finally communicate back with me and give me the Wi-Fi password but that should have been given to us when we paid for our stay in advance in my opinion. The Marc guy Chris was very prompt and helpful once mngt finally decided to start responding to my numerous requests for asst with the Wi-Fi and TV volume issue. The filth was the other issue. The cleaning crew should be fired. My husband is completely bald and I have long blond hair yet all over the house, especially on the kitchen counters and in both bathrooms there were tons of long black hairs everywhere!!! Clearly these areas, the areas you most expect and want to be cleaned, were not. The door knobs leading from the kitchen to where the trash bin was was sticky and had gunk on it and the grill was so filthy that when we went out and turned it on to cook hot dogs, it got so smokey it looked like the house was on fire.
