The house was in great condition. Everything worked and it was very clean and inviting. The location was nice with a great view of the mountains and only minutes to the beach and local shopping.Really enjoyed our time here.
The host was was extremely attentive and quick with communication. The neighborhood and home itself were great. The location on the west side of the island is limiting in regards to great resturants and access to activities...35 miles in traffic can take 1.5 hours! We loved having access to the pool and hot tub which is a very short walk from the property.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and just what we needed. We were a little nervous while driving through some not-so-nice areas, but found the house in a very nice gated neighborhood. You have to drive by a lot of beaches that are filled with homeless tents and garbage, but found a very nice, clean beach just a little farther up the coast. We had a little trouble finding the house because several of the streets are named the same, the guard at the gate was helpful and friendly. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to our texts. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would look into staying again.
A Perfect Home Away from Home for Our FamilyWe couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made our stay comfortable. Since it’s a newer home, everything felt fresh and well taken care of, which we really appreciated.One of our favorite parts was the garage games—such a fun bonus! The kids had a blast, and honestly, so did the adults. It was the perfect way to unwind and spend quality time together.The host was amazing, super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s not always easy to find a place that works so well for a family, but this one absolutely did. We’re already talking about coming back for our next trip!
The house was good. Needs a little rearranging if the living room to make it useful. Not many can watch the TV comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The grill is too tiny to cook on for more than 2 people. Check in was not easy. They wanted to wait until 2 hours before check in to give me the info and I was flying 16 hours. Unacceptable. They said my signature didn’t match my DL but I electronically signed the rental agreement so it wasn’t going to be the same. Be prepared to drive through about 5 miles if homeless to find the development. The development was amazing and the staff at the gate was terrific. Just be prepared to spend at least an hour in traffic to go just about anywhere but the couple of local beaches.

For almost 3 days we have been cut off WiFi. Contact with facility management was not successful. We asked couple of times to fix it, but there was no result. It’s not pleasant for us, especially if the WiFi is part of standard of facility.
My family and I stayed at this property for a week in September 2023. The photos depict the actual property and I was very glad that what I saw online was what we arrived to in Hawai'i Nei! We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need at home! I could not be more happy that detergent and dryer sheets was provided - this was something I was really appreciative for! The home was clean and tidy and seemed to be well taken care of. It is a new build, a new community so construction is still underway, I wished the community pool was completed, that would have been the icing on the cake but so many beaches around we still enjoyed. The neighborhood is extremally dark at night and very quiet, a lot of homes are vacation rentals but there are also folks who live there. We took some morning walks and chatted with some of the neighbors which was nice to do. The mountain views are amazing and you have obstructed views of the ocean. The home has notices to help keep insects out by keeping doors/screen closed and let me tell you flies come from nowhere and can get inside in an instant! Overall enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the comforts of home.
