As you enter your penthouse, from the kitchen and living room you will have a panoramic view of the pacific ocean and also a view of a tranquil koi pond and pool area. From your lanai in the master bedroom, you will have breathtaking views of the mountains and the 18 hole championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson. Your exclusive villa includes a parking stall, a seclusion semi-private elevator taking you to your 9th floor penthouse.

Our family spent 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The condo is clean, spacious, well equipped and has an amazing view. It was great having all the beach and snorkeling equipment to enjoy during our stay. The lagoon and pool were great. Highly recommend, we are already planning a return trip!

We’ve been to Oahu many times before, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island and hands down - this property was AMAZING! Plenty of space for my family (me, hubs and two adult children) - it had everything we needed. Very clean, and spacious - the ocean view was wonderful, I loved sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening. Property was excellent! Pools, fitness center and the location was perfect. We’re all runners so running on the path next to the beach and on the main road next to golf course was also very nice. Walking distance to the ABC store (it has a diff name, but it’s essentially ABC to us) for spam musubis and other treats/food/drinks was very convenient! We also enjoyed the cafe, and shopping in the Ko Olina center. It’s a ways from main attractions and traffic can be bad if you do venture out, but we picked this location to stay clear of Waikiki! Much more quiet! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place - hope to be back soon!

This is a luxurious, beautiful condo! The ocean view was phenomenal & the ambiance was tropical. It was very clean, comfortable & had all of the amenities you could possibly need. We’ve stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas in the past and being on the 9th floor made this unit truly special! The view of the ocean was great and the view of the grounds and two pools was also wonderful. The beds were comfortable and all amenities worked great. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
