Beautiful brandnew luxury golf villa with private pool & spa

just been renovated and refurnished. A beautiful view on the golf course (hole 8) and many extras are included, like bike’s BBQ wireless internet & calls in the US & Canada. Very close to Wal-Mart and other shops. Also very close to Disney World. Kennedy space centre and beaches like Daytona beach are just 45 minutes away. On the poolside there is all the day sunshine, for guest who like shade we have an awning installed

Spent 18 days of my 5 week Florida trip here. We had a great time. We loved watching the golfers come through on the 8th hole while in the pool. I requested an early check in because we had to check out at 10 and the owner granted it.

Our villa was perfectly situated, halfway along the 8th fairway, great for watching live golf! Also we had the sun on the pool area all day! Very clean and well modernised. For the last 10 years we have been staying at Southern Dunes. This year we hit the jackpot. Our stay was perfect.The house has been updated, very comfortable and well equipped. My husband and I liked the location of the house and having a view of the golf course is an additional bonus. I hope in the future we will be able to stay in this house for our winter stay.

By far the best rental we’ve stayed at in Southwrn Dunes. We immediately rebooked for next season. House is clean, well stocked, good beds and lovely location. TV works well with any channel you’d like. Host was so accommodating and and communication was quick. Just a great stay!

Christmas in Florida

My family decided to come down to Florida for Christmas to get away from the cold in Indiana. We chose this home because of the location, the price, pool, hot tub, and golf course. It did not disappoint. The weather was beautiful and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very responsive when we had questions and we appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Despite crazy Florida traffic, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a 3 week stay at this gorgeous property. Everything was spotless on arrival, and it has everything thing that you need for this to be considered a real home from home. The photos don’t do justice to views over the golf course which are stunning, and watching the golfers added to the enjoyment when we were enjoying lazy days by the pool. The Villa is well located and the recent refreshments have definitely added a touch of extra luxury that isn’t always found in Villas of this age. Overall simply fabulous-we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Florida

This house the pool and the location were fantastic. Right on the 8th hole of the golf course! One small issue was the couch was up on a wooden block. Furniture in living room should’ve replaced… but then again we spent most of our time at the pull or golf course.

Lovely home.

The Southern Dunes community is lovely, the pool & view of the golf course is very pleasant & entertaining. It's an excellent golf course, we played it a few times, as well as booking the Toptracer golf Barn, such great features to have handy. The layout of the house, the amenities you've provided and pool were very accommodating and comfortable. We felt very at home here. Could use a refresh of some furniture & mattresses, but all in all we passed a very pleasant month. Thank you very much for your quick response to our early issues.

10 out of 10. Beautiful, clean and well maintained villa just as described, with all day sunshine on the pool deck with the South facing pool. All modern amenities and appliances throughout, especially the large 75" TV in the living room. Grocery stores are literally on the doorstep, both Walmart and Aldi are within easy walking distance as the villa is close to the resort entrance. The only negative I could find (just to give a balanced review) was the TV's in the bedrooms were a little dated but as it was only 2 of us this was not a problem. Southern Dunes is the perfect resort for a quiet adult vacation, even if not a golf lover, but not ideal for children if you were looking to spend much of your day at the resort as there didn't appear to be a resort pool, games room or gym facility, just the golf club house (we only took a quick drive around the resort so happy to be corrected if I am wrong). As it was just myself and my wife this was perfect, it was just so peaceful and quiet. This is the 8th villa we have rented in Florida and would definitely look to stay here again if it was just myself and my wife, we honestly couldn't fault it. Even small things such as the large comfy pool towels placed by the entrance to the pool deck stand this apart from other villas we have rented. However if we were to bring the grandchildren we would probably look to stay closer to the resort areas such as Champions Gate that have more family related amenities onsite.

It was our first time at this beautiful home and at Southern Dunes. Hopefully, it won’t be our last. We loved the pool area and large deck. We spent most of our time there, but when we came in it was a treat. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and inviting. Being a sports fan I was in heaven watching the 77” 4K TV. There was a large seating area. We grilled out almost every night on the gas grill. The golf course is meticulously kept up. With the gently rolling hills parts of it remind me of Tennessee. Jeroen catered to our every need.

Another Amazing Stay

This property is truly our favorite home away from home. The area is great, we love that we are right between Orlando and Tampa. We love the location so much we stayed for two weeks so we could see more and do more in the area. House is extremely clean as always and comes with everything you need. Property Is Not Clean, Would Not Stay Here!

We booked this home for a family vacation in early December 2021, walked in and saw that it was extremely dirty and nothing like the ad presented so my family and I had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. We contacted the owner to let him know about the home's condition and he was very defensive and not understanding, even given the fact he stated he hadn't visited his home in over 2 years. I sent him current pictures so he could see the condition and unfortunately, we are still fighting for a complete refund over a month later. The pictures shown in the ad are at least 2 years old as there are no privacy trees in the backyard, the curtains, bedding, appliances and furniture have not been cleaned or updated in years and the pool area was stained, dirty and disgusting. If you want to utilize anything in the garage (i.e. bikes as advertised) you will have to dig through the huge pile of old bedding, rusty furniture and whatever else that was in the garage that had just been added to the PILE over the years. No family should have to start their vacation walking into a home (especially during the COVID era) and not want to touch anything because it was clearly filthy and un-sanitized. This was the worst experience we have had in renting a vacation home in over 25 years. I would not recommend this home or this owner for your family's vacation unfortunately, as there are plenty of others out there that are clean, updated and more than happy to ensure you are satisfied.

Unfortunately the way this guest treats us was unacceptable. Everything was done to help this guest out, however she left in 1 hour without getting a change to do anything. The only reason was that the guest has a double agenda and wanted the money back. We visit ourselves shortly after they left the house and was not bad at all, yes of course there needed to do maintenance after two years and we did. They house looks brand new. It’s really sad in this world that people only try to damage your good name and looking for money. I wish you all the best luck 👍
