Excellent location, comfort, and service.

We loved this vrbo. We felt very at home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was very clean and the screened in balcony was top notch. One comment is that while the beds were in great condition, they were very soft. We prefer firmer mattresses. But that’s merely a preference. If you like soft beds, this will be spot on for you. We had a blip at check in but the host was immediately responsive and issue was resolved within a few minutes (even though it was late at night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. There isn’t excessive noise other than the typical noise associated with apartments or condos that have a neighbor upstairs. We heard some heavy walking around above us early in the morning a few times. Over all we would absolutely stay here again. Jim, the host, responded to every question promptly and checked in on us via the app messaging multiple times. It is so close to a grocery store, cvs, nice restaurants, and a very short drive down to Rehoboth beach.
