The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. It is in a convenient area for Moffitt/USF access. One of the bedrooms had a small desk with an extra monitor which was very helpful while I was working there. Due to a change in travel plans, we stayed only one of the three nights we had booked. However, the stay was enjoyable.

Townhouse is a little run down and not super clean. We found a cockroach the moment we went in. The community common areas are questionable and not well maintained. The townhouse has a little patio which is totally overgrown and unusable. I would definitely not stay there again not would I do a long term lease in that community.

Very close to USF-under 5 minutes if your gps takes you the back way. Many big stores and restaurants near by. Location of unit made for a seamless move in weekend.

Cozy Townhouse

Clean and mostly quiet area. Very comfortable stay. Has a nice gym, grill area really nice. Would stay again. A little further to new Moffitt hospital than described.

It's great you enjoyed chilling at the gym and grill area too – we love those spots! Our townhouse is super close, just a quick 4-minute drive from Moffitt, with everything you need for a great stay. Walking might take a bit longer at 24 minutes so we recommend the drive for convenience. Can't wait to have you back again soon!

The place was very clean, comfortable beds. All bathrooms are located upstairs. The gym could have used some cleaning but the amenities overall were great and location was good.

Perfectly located to everything near Moffitt!

Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and exactly as described! The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions. It is 5 minute drive to Moffitt Cancer Center/USF. There is shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area, along with so many more activities!

Perfect location for us, nice and clean, no problems except I left the parking pass in the rental car and returned the car. My bad on that. Easy to communicate with owner.
