Holiday vacation

We had a wonderful time and our accommodations were fabulous. Newly decorated, modern condo with view of the ocean and palm trees. Quick walk to beach and easy access to coffee house , the Village and Crescent Beach area.

Just what we needed!

The condo was beautiful and the property was so great, too. It was so easy to get to the sugar sand beach and the view was spectacular!

Our first visit to Siesta Key.

Our stay at the Island House in 15 South was everything we had hoped for and more! The condo is beautiful and comfortable! The view of the beach and sunsets from the lanai are absolutely spectacular! Plus shelling on the beach in front of the Island House has been amazing!! Score!

Beautiful unit/great view

We loved the specific unit note than the overall property. Great location to walk to restaurants/coffee, and very nice beach that isn’t overcrowded. The condo is decorated beautifully and is spacious. It was nice that the guest room had 2 queen beds. Would definitely stay again. The Island House pool is sufficient but not anything special, but we were interested in the beach anyway given our short stay!

Heaven!!

This unit is newly remodeled with new appliances, comfortable beds, and did I mention the million dollar view??? Steps from the beach, private beach so not wall to wall people like the public beach. Groceries and food easily delivered. It was amazing!!!!

Incredible Stay!!

This condo is a 5 STAR PLUS rating!! We came to Siesta Key for the first time and absolutely loved it! This was actually the very 1st time we used VRBO as we always get a hotel in the past but with our family of 5 and we were 6 this time we decided to try it because a hotel room is very tight. From the moment we opened the door (at 2:00am from traveling and tired!) we were WOWWWWWED!! I cannot say enough good things about the condo! It was exceptional! Very, very clean, soooooo spacious!! We walked into a beautiful dining room area and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need! Bar stools in the kitchen as well. The living room was so comfortable and off the living room was the beautiful spacious lanai that overlooked the gulf! Spectacular view!! The master bedroom was very, very spacious with it's own bathroom with shower. Gulf view from the master bedroom was beautiful!! The guest bedroom had 2 queen beds in it and also had a beautiful gulf view! Hallway bathroom and shower. Washer and dryer too! The decor in the entire condo was beautiful!! Very updated, bright and airy and just perfect! From the clock on the kitchen wall to the linens to the chairs and couches in the living room to the dining room table to the floors, it was just perfect! You are literally steps away from the beach when you come down the elevator! The pool is great also! The area itself is very convenient to Siesta Key beach, condo is on Crescent beach, private and gorgeous! Short drive to Siesta Key village where there are shops and restaurants. We also took a drive to St. Armand's circle one day and many, many beautiful shops there! Eat at Columbia restaurant!! Superb! Passed by the statue of Unconditional Surrender, a must see at the Sarasota Bayfront. Went to Beer Can Beach on Longboat Key (not Beer Can Island where you need to go by boat) and had our own private beach area with beautiful, calm, warm water. Got to see some of the mangroves that are still there. The beach is beautiful!! Took a drive one day to Boca Grande, 1 hour away and it was gorgeous! We also passed by Lido beach, tons of shells! Caught the Drum Circle which happens every Sun evening 1 hour before sunset on Siesta Key beach. The sunsets are breathtaking and we saw them from Crescent beach right outside our condo! Scott was also exceptional! Communication was excellent and he was very, very accommodating!! I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

I’m not sure how we found this gem last minute but we did and it was perfect! Condo is beautiful, well equipped and clean. Fabulous ocean view from the screened in balcony. The property is quiet and well cared for. Owner was great to work with. Would love to return!

My dream come true!

15S is an amazing condo! We loved, loved, loved, loved, loved it! The aesthetics were so beautiful and EXACTLY what I would choose for my beach house. Steps from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the bedrooms and the enclosed balcony. The condo felt and looked so clean. The mattress, blankets, and pillows were amazing! The indoor and the outdoor furniture were high quality and comfortable. We felt so at home there! Loved it so much!! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beach is beautiful with fine white sand and plenty of beach chairs. Pool and game room were great for my teenagers on our non-beach day. Property managers couldn’t have been nicer. Siesta Key has great restaurants with a free trolley for transportation.Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.

Siesta Key - Christmas 2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at The Island House. Love the location and property grounds. My only complaints are 1. we reported slow drains in the bathrooms and no one came to unclog them. They did drain, eventually, so we just lived with it. Xmas Day, the smoke alarm in the master bedroom started beeping. Called the emergency #, which was the main # and got a recording. Left a panicked message. Didn't show up until the 26th and dropped off a battery because I was in the bathroom. Couldn't have waited 2 mins for me to come out? Thank goodness the beeping stopped not too long after I called, or we would have been looking for other accommodations for the night.
